 Monique & Rodney Winfield- OwnersWe started Sidelines Barber and Beauty Shop in April of 2014 with the vision of offering quality cuts, shaves, and styles with exceptional customer service. Our goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with all of our clients by ensuring that every customer leaves happy. We are very passionate about providing a trusted, dependable service in a family friendly environment. |  Cory- Manager/BarberAfter growing up in a large family of mostly men, going to the barber shop wasn't exactly in the family budget. Cory quickly learned to cut his own hair, and by the age of 17 was the neighborhood barber. Seeing how good people felt when they got up from his chair, Cory's craft soon became his passion. 15 years later, Cory continues to master his craft, specializing in fades, flat tops, box cuts, and scissor cuts. |

 Tina- BarberTina began cutting hair as a hobby in New York back in 1985. 8 years ago, she decided to perfect her skills and attended the All American Barber School in Phoenix, Arizona. Tina approaches barbering as an art form, skillfully sculpting, cutting, and fading. Her passion comes from building relationships with her clients and making them feel and look good. Tina specializes in a variety of different styles including tapers, fades, baldies, razor shaves, and designs. |  Terrance- BarberTerrance attended Hairstyles Barber College and began cutting hair 3 years ago. He loves the flexibility that barbering offers, and the ability it gives him to meet new people.Terrance believes that "It pays to look your best", and through his full-service cuts, he makes his clients feel and look good. He specializes in all types of cuts including fades, razor shaves, frohawks, and gentlemen cuts. |
 Sylvia- CosmetologistBeing part of the beauty industry for over 20 years, Sylvia Shaw is still very passionate about hair care today. After attending Gordon Phillips Beauty School, Sylvia decided to build on her knowledge in hair care by attending Dudley's Advanced Beauty School; this is when she developed a deeper love for hair cutting and styling. Sylvia enjoys bringing clients' hair to life using professional hair products such as Dudley and Essential Designs. |
